Reservation Procedures
You are responsible for making your own room reservations by calling direct to the Gaelic College at 1-(902)295-3411 and asking for Gail Montgomery. MacKenzie Hall* room rate is $99 no tax (includes 1 Queen plus 2 singles). MacLeod & Highland House* room rate is $75 no tax (1double or 2 single beds). Only 46 rooms are available at the College. Additional rooms are available 14 miles away at The Cabot Trail Inn, 8448 Trans Canada Hwy 105, Baddeck, Nova Scotia. Contact: 1-(902) 295-2580
Registration: $175 CAD or $150 USD per person. After 1 June 2025 the price is an additional $25.00 for late registration. Welcome packages with maps and other goodies will be provided at check-in. Local brochures featuring information/activities for members during their stay on Cape Breton Island will be available as well.
Registration includes:
20th Friday: 5:00pm to 8:00pm Hospitality suite (2 drink tickets per person, pop and BBQ)
21st Saturday: 7:00am-9:00am full buffet breakfast
10:00am – Cabot Trail Ride
Saturday night Banquet with full buffet meal followed by presentations, awards and auction.

22nd Sunday: 7:00am to 9:00am buffet breakfast and farewells.
